Job Title: Surveyor- Location: Khopoli, Near Imagica

Shreeyash Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team for a key project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in topography surveys, land measurement, and construction layout, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in road work. The Surveyor will play a critical role in ensuring accurate levels, slopes, and measurements, working closely with site supervisors to maintain project standards.
- Conduct topographic surveys and create detailed level sheets.
- Provide clear instructions to site supervisors regarding cutting and filling levels.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of road slopes throughout the project.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Operate Sokkia Total Station (TS) and dumpy levels for precise measurements.
- Survey reference points and establish temporary benchmarks.
- Collect and compute field data, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilize AutoCAD for data processing and design purposes.
- Keep meticulous notes, records, and sketches to document and certify work performed.
- Ensure the safekeeping and proper maintenance of all survey equipment.
- Update progress charts and maintain all stages of the checking process.
- Calculate cutting and filling quantities to support project planning and execution.
- Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a surveyor in road work.
- Proven experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in using Sokkia Total Station (TS) and dumpy levels.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills for instructing site supervisors and collaborating with the project team.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
