Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To take off quantities and preparation of tender submission
  • Call quotation from subcontractor prior to subcontractor selection award
  • Prepare comparison of quotations
  • Prepare progress claim for main contractor and subcontractor
  • Organize and manage all corresponding letter and drawing
  • Assist project manager in regards of contract issues
  • To liaise closely with purchaser prior to budget control
  • Any other related tasks assigned from superior from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor (a must)
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in QS would be an added advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be based at Melaka
