Job Description For LPO
As a Security Lady Protection Officer, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of a facility or premises, including its staff, visitors, and assets. You will be responsible for preventing and responding to security incidents, and ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and controlling access to the facility or premises, including screening visitors / staff and ensuring that all personnel have proper identification.
- Patrolling the facility or premises to prevent and detect security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Responding to security incidents, including alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity, and taking appropriate action to resolve the situation.
- Conducting investigations into security incidents and preparing detailed reports on findings.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors, including responding to medical emergencies and providing first aid as needed.
- Providing security escorts to staff and visitors as needed.
- Participating in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Conducting security training and awareness sessions for staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in Security may be preferred.
- Min Experience of 1 year
- Previous security-related work experience preferred
- Ability to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
- Working knowledge of basic security techniques
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
One should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a strong sense of ethics and a commitment to maintaining the safety and security of the facility and its occupants. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is preferred
