Looking for a energetic, highly motivated team player to join the Services team responsible for designing, configuring, deploying and supporting Labware solutions.
Services Responsibilities And Expectations
- Interface with customers to gather User Requirements
- Participate in Gap Fit
- Design, configuration, unit test, and deployment of Labware Products
- Design and implement interfaces with external applications.
- Implement instrument integration with the Labware products.
- Develop and maintain superior Labware product knowledge.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team.
- Provide consistent OOB designs for clients and avoid excessive use of LIMS Basic.
- Be able to create and design blueprints for the conceptual system before any development or configuration begins.
- Be able to conduct code reviews of others against the Labware configuration guidelines.
Technical Skills
- 5+ years experience designing, configuring, and deploying laboratory software solutions.
- Database knowledge (Oracle / SQL)
- Citrix knowledge
- Expert in LIMS Basic
- Expert in Crystal Reports
- Working knowledge of current web technologies
Additional Requirements And Soft Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
- Possess a familiarity with laboratory workflows.
- Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, ability to motivate customers and establish credibility.
- Be able to organize meetings, keep meetings in order, and define agendas for meeting with clear goals, actions and deliverables.
