LabVIEW Development: Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW applications for controlling and monitoring the engine test rig. Create intuitive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for real-time data acquisition and control.
System Integration: Integrate LabVIEW software with hardware components such as sensors, actuators, and data acquisition systems. Ensure seamless communication between software and hardware to achieve accurate and reliable test results.
Data Acquisition & Analysis: Implement data acquisition protocols, including real-time data collection, storage, and analysis. Develop algorithms for processing and interpreting test data, and generate comprehensive reports.
Testing & Calibration: Collaborate with engineering teams to define test parameters and requirements. Conduct tests and calibrate the system to ensure it meets performance specifications and standards.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LabVIEW applications and test rig systems. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues to ensure continuous operation.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare detailed documentation for LabVIEW code, system configurations, and test procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, scientists, and other team members to integrate software with mechanical and electronic systems. Participate in design reviews and contribute to project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and communication, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in LabVIEW programming, with a strong portfolio of previous projects related to data acquisition, control systems, or test rig development.
Skills:
Proficiency in LabVIEW programming and the NI (National Instruments) ecosystem.
Experience with hardware integration, including sensors, actuators, and data acquisition systems.
Strong understanding of control systems, data acquisition, and signal processing.
Ability to develop complex algorithms and data analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
