We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Lab Operations Manager in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Providing platform for client and sales queries resolution in the areas of Routine and Pathology Tests.
- Expertise in providing support to the sales team for report queries and doctors connect.
- Training to the sales team and the clients regarding the DOS and sample pre analytics.
- Periodic client and doctors visit alongwith the respective sales team helping in business revenue generation.
- Set communication process and escalation matrix for labs
- Ensure follow up of end-to-end processes from logistics to sample accessioning, processing and dispatch of reports.
- Maintain TAT for all the inhouse and follow up for the outsourced tests.
- Ensure timely recording of RCA CAPA for TAT outliers.
- Standardization of lab operations for all MedGenome routine Path Labs across the country.
- Setting up processes for lab operations as per MedGenome protocol.
- Monitor referral lab services and compliance.
- Build templates and dashboards to capture and analyse TAT, IQC and EQA data, escalations in labs, sample volumes and test run rate across all labs.
- Support IT and LIMS team to standardize data
- Periodically review DOS at each lab and ensure the same is updated in LIMS.
- Monitoring the daily IQC with troubleshooting, EQAS entry and RCA CAPA of outliers, all instruments maintenance and PM.
- Identify and implement quality improvement programs.
- Review and monitor quality protocols and SOPs, work sheets and QA processes in line with accreditations.
- Implementation of NABL lab audit checklist.
- Review of AMC, CMC management and breakdowns of instruments.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of internal and external audit observations across labs Department wise maintenance of QC Procedures
- Prepare the lab for all kinds of audits
Educational Qualification:
Phd or Masters in Science in relevant education.
