Join us as LAB Technician

nIn this role you'll make an impact by:

Sensory sample preparation: Set yogurt, stirred yogurt, separated product, drinking yogurt / diluted product, fermented plant base, fermented beverages, dairy phage testing
ISO 22000 documentation: data entry, Ingredient list input, sample preparation report, represent during internal and external audits, calibrationn
Inventory Management: follow-up with suppliers and maintain the inventory of Aprons, hair net, shoe cover, Milk, SMP, Fruit prep, flavours, water, sugar, Packaging Material inventory: Plastic bottles, cups, flexible pouches, Chemical Inventory management: Enumeration chemicals, phage chemicals, CIP chemicals

To succeed you must hold:

Required qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Food Science & Technology/Dairy science & technology/Nutrition), B.Tech. (Food Science & Technology/Dairy Science and Technology)

Experience: fresher can apply / 1 3 years of experience is preferred
