Opening for Lab Assistant & Exam In-charge (Only Male Candidate Required)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support our laboratory team and Exam Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Lab Assistant will assist with the preparation and analysis of samples, maintenance of lab equipment, and ensure the lab is operating smoothly and safely. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing examinations, ensuring compliance with academic standards, and providing leadership to the examination team. The Exam Head will work closely with faculty, administration, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of examinations.
Sample Preparation and Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation of laboratory samples and reagents.
Conduct routine analyses and tests as per established protocols.
- Record and report results accurately.
Lab Equipment and Maintenance:
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of instruments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Document experimental procedures, observations, and results.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of laboratory reports and presentations.
Administrative Support:
- Order and manage laboratory supplies and inventory.
Assist in the training of new lab staff or students.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Examination Management:
- Develop and implement examination policies and procedures in line with institutional and regulatory standards.
Oversee the entire examination cycle, from planning and scheduling to administration and post-examination processes.
- Coordinate with faculty and departments to ensure timely and accurate preparation of examination materials.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or coursework in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology) is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory setting is an advantage.

- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and compliance regulations.
