Description
We are looking for an experienced L3 Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and networking. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for complex IT issues, including troubleshooting, resolution and escalation.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact end-users.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including security and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new IT systems and technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure and networking, including experience with Cisco routers and switches, VMware, Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with IT security and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or VCP are highly desirable.
