L2 Support engineer - Immediate joining - Indore Location

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an L2 Support Engineer at Canopus Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical and customer support, and ensuring smooth operation of systems and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Need to work in night shift (10 PM IST to 6 AM IST)
• Strong command on verbal and spoken English
• Strong command on SQL
• Should have work on Linux systems
• Should have basic programming knowledge of Python programming language
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
