Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Middleware Support Engineer at CCTS Global in Thiruvanathapura. The Middleware (L2) Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical and customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of various operating systems.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • 3 years experience in middleware tech
  • Customer Support and Customer Service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications in Middleware technologies (e.g., IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
