Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Oracle Fusion Middleware, specifically Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless integration and deployment.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for reliability and efficiency.
- Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions clearly and concisely.
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues and implement preventive measures.
- Provide expertise on middleware best practices and standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Train and mentor junior team members on middleware technologies and support processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Oracle Middleware products such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle WebLogic Server, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and integration platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.
