Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced L2 Middleware Support professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, particularly Oracle Service Bus (OSB). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in middleware technologies and a strong understanding of enterprise-level support practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Middleware components, with a focus on Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to middleware infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Level 3 support and development teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance of middleware environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Document support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in middleware support roles, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and other Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues in middleware environments.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and providing high-quality support services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Middleware or related technologies are a plus.
Location and Schedule:
This position is based in Chennai and may require occasional travel to client sites. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
