1 - 2years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments
Responsible for handling incidents and service request in day to day operation.
Good knowledge and experience (min 1 yr) in Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc..).
Good knowledge and experience in switching (VLAN, VTP, STP,HSRP)
Good knowledge and experience in Access Control List and Route Map.
Knowledge in Cisco firewall (Firepower) and Checkpoint.
Knowledge about Cisco WIfi network and ISE.
Validating the configuration of new device and new links handover by the project team and ensuring the configuration are as per the standard.
Support monitoring team for troubleshoot the network L2 issues.
Failover test for the network device and links at regular intervals.
Ensuring the network device availability as per the agreed SLA.
Ensuring the backup of network devices on periodically.
Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis
Adhering and Implementing guidelines and Customer policies
Must close all the Incident & service Request with in Service Level Agreement
Coordinating with hardware vendor for any hardware issue.
Change management process (ITIL Process) to be followed for any configuration changes in network devices
Required Skill Set:
- CCNP Certifications preferred
- CISCO Switches and routers Hands on experience
- Good Knowledge in the Cisco Products link Cisco switches, routers, Prime Infrastructure, Identity Service Engine , WLC, Nexus etc.
- Good knowledge or certificate on CISCO etc.
- Cisco SD WAN , SD Access Knowledge , and Cisco DNA
- Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis
- Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues
- Analysis & Periodic Check of LAN/WAN traffic
- Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism On Periodic Basis
- Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF
- Troubleshoot all static routing and dynamic routing (BGP,EIGRP,OSPF etc.) in enterprise network for high availability

Pay: 245,589.66 - 458,887.22 per year
