Should have good understanding of the Incident Management and Problem
Ticket Management
Should be aware of various application monitoring tools and its
concepts; experience in Datadog will be of advantage
Should have basic understanding of the SOPs to be followed as part of Incident
Handling
Desirable to have at least 3 years hands on experience in support
projects.
Thorough knowledge on Retail domain and various downstream and upstream
systems catered.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills will be desirable.
Good Triaging skills
Should have good aptitude and problem solving capabilities.
