As an L1 Executive specializing in Networking, you will be responsible for providing essential support and assistance in the maintenance and operation of networking infrastructure. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting network issues, configuring network devices, and ensuring seamless connectivity within the organization. You will work closely with senior network engineers and IT professionals to deliver efficient solutions and enhance network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for network-related issues, including troubleshooting connectivity problems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Configure and install network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network security measures and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies outside of regular business hours, if necessary.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
