The Learning Development (L D) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of employees within the organization. This role requires collaboration with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs, workshops, and seminars based on organizational needs.
Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and recommend suitable training solutions.
Facilitation: Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in L D and incorporate them into training programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives.
Reporting: Maintain records of training activities and prepare reports on training outcomes and effectiveness.
