Content Manager

  • Attend and actively participate in client calls, ensuring a clear understanding of client expectations and needs.
  • Prepare course outlines for programs based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with faculty to revise and optimize training program outlines based on feedback informed about trending and latest topics in the industry, making recommendations to the team for inclusion in training programs.
  • Regularly propose long-term interventions to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Proactively search for and evaluate potential facilitators, creating comprehensive profiles for consideration

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Create training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, case studies, questions, workbooks, games, test series, etc.
  • Conduct thorough checks of training materials received to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare creative mailers, sales proposals, and program catalogs.
  • Suggest program topics to BD for a client meeting.
