Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a L&D Partner / HR Business Partner for a Manufacturing Organization. The position is based in Chennai, India.
Preferably 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in Mfg industry with
StrongLearning and Development experience
Good HRBP experience
Proven employee relations experience preferred
Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
Master's Degree required, with major in Human Resources, Business, or relevant discipline preferred
Also needs to be / have:
Fluent in business communication, both written and spoken English
Strategic HR partner competency with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and
effectively influence without authority
Advanced Learning and Development expertise, including experience with career pathing and building
talent pipelines
Demonstrated project management capability for complex program implementations
People management proficiency, including development, coaching, delegation, and leadership skills
Effective prioritization and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to drive results
Familiarity with global HRMS systems, hands-on with Office suite, and preferred exposure to Workday
HRMS Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to assess and communicate risks
effectively
Adept at working with diverse groups at all organizational levels
Offered CTC will be 20 - 22 LPA
