- Deploy, maintain, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters across different environments (development, testing, production).
- Configure Kubernetes networking, storage, and security settings based on best practices and organizational requirements.
- Monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity planning to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Manage application lifecycle operations, including rolling updates, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cluster performance.
- Implement disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions for Kubernetes clusters to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Test and validate backup and recovery procedures regularly.
- Need to explore on Identity Management applications.
- Technical skills:
- Technical Proficiency:In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, components, and ecosystem (e.g., Kubernetes API, kubelet, kubectl, Helm charts).
- Containerization Technologies:Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration principles.
- Networking and Security:Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, load balancing, service mesh) and security best practices for Kubernetes environments.
- Operating systems :Linux and windows
