Job Description for UKG- WFC / WFD :
Have experience in Kronos WFD ( Workforce Dimension)
- Extensive application support experience on UKG-Workforce Dimensions, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:
- Business Structure
- Tiles and Data views
- Time & Attendance
- Accruals
- Analytics, Reporting and Activities
- Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling
- Perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance and user acceptance testing activities for large-scale timekeeping and workforce applications.
- Participate in requirement gathering for identified changes (small and medium enhancements) based on Request for Change documents and translate business needs into technical/functional design specifications.
- Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met
Have experience in Kronos WFC ( Workforce Central)
- Have 5+ years of experience in Kronos WFC
- Extensive application support experience on UKG-Workforce Central within the Time & Attendance in the following modules
- Time & Attendance
- Accruals
- Analytics, Reporting and Activities
- Scheduling
- Kronos WIM Interface Tool
- Coordinating all facets of application upgrades
- Device management (clocks, web, etc.)
- Good knowledge in SQL and/or other query tools
- Perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance and user acceptance testing activities for large-scale timekeeping and workforce applications.
- Participate in requirement gathering for identified changes.
