The following job opening is with KPMG Global Services.

We are currently seeking a Senior Security Associate for our KPMG Managed Services (Spectrum) practice to join us in our Bangalore office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Engagement Set-Up Support professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the seamless set-up and management of upcoming engagements within our organization's contract management system. This includes verifying contracts, clearance documents for risk assessment, and ensuring all necessary details are accurately entered and maintained. An eye for detail is a must have for the successful candidate.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain engagement records within the system on timely basis and achieve required Turn Around Time (TAT).
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure timely and accurate engagement set-up.
  • Verify supporting documents to set up engagements (contracts & risk related documents).
  • Provide support in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to engagement set-up.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation related to engagement set-up procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to engagements set-up engagements
  • Ensure high level of accuracy in updating engagement related details
  • Coordination with Contracting team and catering to Member Firm to ensure that latest information related to invoicing contacts etc. is updated in the system and engagement records are up to date.
  • Prepare reports or Management Information based on number of engagements set-up etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce (BCOM, BBA), Finance or a related field.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment processes and contract documentation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Looking for candidates with experience range within 2-7 years.
  • Previous experience (1 to 2 years) in similar role preferred in professional services firms or knowledge services sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Positive and can-do attitude and taking up complete ownership of the tasks
