We are seeking a dynamic and experienced KOL relationship manager to join our team to manage company relations.
Our client is a decentralized lending protocol built on blockchain technology, designed to provide individuals and businesses with a secure and transparent platform for borrowing and lending digital assets. We are also the largest lending market on L2sLinea, zkSync, Manta, Blast, and X Layerwith a focus on liquid restaking tokens (LRTs) lending, governance, real-world assets (RWAs) lending, and account abstraction.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. Your primary objective will be to leverage these relationships to enhance the visibility, credibility and adoption.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, resolve problems, and ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and preferences, working closely with the marketing team to capitalize on them.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to anticipate client needs and proactively address potential challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for client retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Track and report on the impact of KOL relationships on key metrics such as brand awareness, user engagement, community growth, and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience with Cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and Finance is a must-have.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Relationship/Account Manager, or similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in client-facing positions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for KOLs, ensuring timely and effective communication, and addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback they may have.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and driving business growth.
