The knowledge manager will be a content creator and is passion in generating insightful contents to provide a good perspective on upcoming trends and challenges. If you enjoy creating content to keep users engage, this would be a role to keep your user engaged in the content you have generated. The candidate will understand client / prospect challenges and develop engaging contents to help drive business engagement to enable business growth.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify broad based upcoming industry trends & challenges that are applicable to WTW
- Segmenting GB/EU clients with accurate client segmentation insights
- Produce targeted industry and client content through research and analysis
- Enlist resources and distribute insight through across key working groups
- Work with industry practice or technical subject-matter experts and marketing to initiate and drive the production of content, thought leadership and events in a manner that is consistent with WTW messaging and brand standards
- Work with marketing and communications to raise branding and profile within the industry externally
- Work with the Sales Ops India team to map and develop a clear view of the client/prospect universe, WTW's touch-points and gaps, industry statistics (e.g. colleague numbers, market share, competitor analysis etc.)
- Ensure prospect & client contents are uploaded onto D365
- Develop, facilitate and enhance access to proposition-specific knowledge (e.g. case studies, benchmarks, credentials etc.)
- Work with the Sales Ops India team to contribute to the development of knowledge initiatives and other internal priority projects
- Management of relevant content to WTW (Sales Ops India) intranet and internet content
- Drive internal industry education programmee

Qualifications
Ideal: Must have a bachelor's degree or sufficient local level qualifications to support suitability for the role
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role which involved performing research & content creation for sales and marketing purpose.
- Enthusiastic and able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity
- Track record of producing high quality and impactful internal/external content
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels of an organisation in different disciplines
- Ability to initiate and drive projects through to conclusion demonstrating good time management skills and ability to prioritise
- Expertise in a particular industry sector may also be considered an advantage
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Innovative approach to problem solving
Knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office suite
Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another CRM system will be a distinct advantage
