Moss Adams India is seeking a manager to lead our Knowledge Management Team. The manager will be responsible for strategizing, organizing, and leveraging knowledge assets across the organization to enhance decision-making and productivity.
The Knowledge Management Manager will work with the head of the Program Enablement and Transformation Office (PETO), as they provide program management and monitor progress on our PETO capabilities. This position will provide strategic guidance to our business transformation capability leaders and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with company goals by conducting a thorough analysis of organizational needs, stakeholder requirements and industry trends to develop comprehensive knowledge management strategies
- Identify and organize internal and external knowledge assets utilizing technology solutions such as knowledge repositories, document management systems, and collaboration platforms to facilitate knowledge capture
- Facilitate knowledge dissemination through various channels such as training sessions, workshops, peer-to-peer learning networks, and online forums
- Ensure effective use of knowledge assets to drive innovation and productivity by working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage knowledge assets in decision-making processes, problem solving and innovation
- Continuously evaluate and assess knowledge management processes and tools to refine and improve
- Establish metrics to monitor the impact of knowledge management initiatives
- Lead change efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and communicate the rationale, benefits and opportunities associates with the new knowledge management practices
- Foster partnerships with other departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the PETO team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Business or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and technologies
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Experience creating detailed reports and facilitating presentations and meetings
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
