The Knowledge Management Co-ordinator's role is at the forefront of the implementation of our knowledge management (KM) strategy, gathering, curating and maintaining content for use by WSP UK staff. The Knowledge Management Co-ordinator is accountable to the Knowledge Manager.
Your new role, what's involved
- Supporting the implementation of our KM strategy, driving knowledge transfer and championing best practice across the bid community and beyond
- First line support - managing our knowledge team inbox and helpdesk, ensuring user requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing Core Company Information section of library ensuring all content is kept up to date
- CV library maintenance weekly housekeeping tasks
- Supporting KM team with uploading content to library ensuring review cycles and tagging information is correctly applied
- Producing monthly reporting statistics to inform improvement areas
- Suggested New Content initial triage of items, assigning to team members, quality checks of content
We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have
- Minimum of 5 years experience of delivering great end user experiences
- Experience or an interest in knowledge management
- Ability to capture key information
- Excellent written skills with a good command of the English language
- Strong and effective verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- An interest in the application of modern technology (automation, AI)
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to drive and support a culture of continuous improvement, openness and knowledge sharing
- Ability to work proactively, using your initiative and taking responsibility for your actions
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective relationships and rapport with stakeholders
