Position- Kitchen Equipment Technician (General Technician)
Location- Kuwait
Must have valid Driving License
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Setup:
- Install and set up kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances.
- Ensure equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Replace or repair faulty components, wiring, and plumbing as needed.
Inspection & Testing:
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
- Test equipment after repairs and maintenance to verify proper functionality.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Report any major issues or potential hazards to management.
Required Skills
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems related to kitchen appliances.
Attention to Detail:
- High level of attention to detail to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
Physical Stamina:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
