Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Canada - Australia. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for supporting the kitchen staff in preparing and serving meals to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals according to our menu
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work surfaces
• Assist with the stocking and inventory of food and supplies
• Help with the plating and presentation of meals
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience as a Kitchen Assistant in India
• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
