Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- 1 to 2 year of experience
- Passion for working with young children
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with educational resources and technology
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities for children aged 3-5 years
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where children can grow and learn
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, letters, and shapes through play-based activities
- Provide individualized attention to each child's needs and development
- Monitor and record children's progress and communicate with parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an engaging curriculum
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
- Promote positive behavior and social skills
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
