Job Title : Key Accounts Manager : Supplier Success - Gemstones
Location : Johri Bazaar, Jaipur
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager (Gemstones) - Jaipur to ensure we build the best relationship and offer excellent service to our suppliers to create a happy supplier base for Nivoda and make suppliers refer Nivoda to other suppliers. This position will be working closely with the supplier sales team and IT team and fulfillment team to ensure all the suppliers are live on the platform and they consider us as one of their important customers.

Job Role
Key Accounts Manager will be directly reporting to the Head of Supplier Management and will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong long term relationship with the key seller's ( for Gemstones ) account on our platform. Nivoda's growth has more than tripled in the last 12 months and we are searching for a motivated individual to join our Supplier Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of key sellers accounts
- Interact with suppliers on-site at their respective locations.
- Resolving the issues of the sellers
- Working hand in hand with different functional sub-teams within the department and other departments
- Reactivate the dormant sellers
- Build a strong communication channel with the sellers
- Develop a long-term relationship with the sellers
- Working with the sellers to grow their accounts
- Cross selling different initiatives taken by the company
Desired skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- 6-7 years of experience in sales and key account management
- Experience in B2B sales
- Willingness to travel off-site to meet with suppliers in order to foster and maintain professional connections
- Knowledge and understanding about E-commerce and vendor/ seller management
- Knowledge of Gemstones
- An individual contributor and ability to manage a small team
