Job Description
Regularly meet with clients to present strategies, project deliverables, reports, and future plans.
Proficiently understand client requirements and effectively relay them to the content, design, and development teams.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality results in line with client expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, managing all client communications.
Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for your designated client accounts.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for each client account.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, industry peers, and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to account development and client retention efforts.
Requirements
Bachelors degree is must, preferable from Business background.
A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in the digital marketing or creative industries.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A keen eye for design and the ability to provide guidance and feedback to designers.
Excellent analytical skills.
Prior Experience In An Agency Setting Is Preferred.
The ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functions.
A strong focus on client service.
Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
