Designation : Key Accounts Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee and optimize our operations process control within the mobile industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Oppo Premium Club members, negotiate and offer best business and management requirements.
Drive Sell in and regulate Sell out in coordination with respective management members and location leaders so as to drive Sell IN to the required benchmark.
Develop, implement, and manage strategies to enhance high end B2B Sales through proper management of OPC Members and operational efficiency.
To address and resolve any process-related issues which can drive business.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Foster a collaborative and proactive business environment with OPC members.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for OPC members.
Reward and Recognise OPC members to enhance business, time to time.
Plan, execute, and manage process improvement projects/new launches within budget and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Direct Sales, Branding & Marketing, Training,
Product & MIS to ensure successful project implementation.
Report project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in process control technologies and methodologies.
Implement new technologies and best practices to enhance operational capabilities.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree (Master's degree will be an added advantage).
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Accounts Management within the mobile industry / Home appliances or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
Excellent negotiating, problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong Corporate Sales skills with a capacity of handling bigger chains in Mobile/ Home appliances industry.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with mobile industry/home appliances
Work Environment:
Location- Near High court Kerala
Office environment - Regular.
May require travel to other company locations - Occasional.
Salary: Up to 85K + Attractive incentives and benefits
