As a Key Account Executive - Renewals , you will play a critical role in ensuring the ongoing success of our B2B SaaS customers by driving the renewal process.
You will collaborate closely with our sales, customer success, and finance teams to facilitate seamless renewals and help maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Renewal Management:
Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio of B2B SaaS customers
Proactively engage with customers before their contract expiration to understand their needs, address any concerns, and present renewal options
Collaborate with the account management team and sales team to develop renewal strategies tailored to each customers specific situation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of renewal activities, communications, and contract details in CRM and other relevant systems
Negotiation and Pricing:
Work with customers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for renewal contracts, while aligning with company guidelines
Position the value of our solutions and address customer inquiries related to pricing, features, and contract terms
Customer Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to their needs
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices that can benefit the customers business
Escalation Management:
Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues that arise during the renewal process, partnering with appropriate teams to find solutions
