Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager at Trbitix, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by managing relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs) requiring bulk hiring solutions. Your strong network and relationships with MNC HR departments will be crucial in securing and managing large-scale staffing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR departments in MNCs.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the MNC sector for bulk hiring needs.
- Present Trbitix's staffing services to potential MNC clients and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality candidates.
- Manage key accounts and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to MNC clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to bulk hiring.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within a staffing company, specifically in managing MNC accounts and bulk hiring.
- Strong network and existing relationships with HR departments in MNCs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a sales role within the staffing industry.
- At least 3 years of experience managing key accounts, specifically with MNCs.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing large-scale hiring contracts.
