  1. Managingexisting client portfolios.
  2. Analyzecustomerdata to improvecustomerexperience.
  3. Demonstrating the platform to thecustomeronline and offline, pre and post sales.
  4. On boarding process of thecustomer, ensuring that the walkway is a smooth process for the client.
  5. Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  6. Mediate between clients and the organization.
  7. Handle and resolvecustomerrequests and complaints.
  8. Minimizecustomerchurn.

Ideal candidate will be:

  1. Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  2. Self-driven and proactive nature.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Quality of being Patience and active listener.

Experience - 3/4 years in Sales
