The leading player in the B2B industry is seeking dynamic and experienced
Key Account Managers to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible
for managing key client relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets on a yearly basis.
This role requires extensive travel as per business requirements, with travel and
accommodation expenses covered by the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the B2B sector.
Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their
requirements.
Achieve sales targets on a yearly basis, with a focus on surpassing set goals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
and resolution of any client issues.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of 3-7 years in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of key
account management principles.
Demonstrated success in achieving yearly sales targets, with a minimum target
achievement of 2-4 crores annually.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
Experience in conducting presentations and negotiations with senior-level
stakeholders.
