Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Educational Requirements:
Mandatory: BE/B.Tech or BE/B.Tech with an MBA in Marketing.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Institutional/Project/Solution Selling within a highly sales-oriented organization.
Experience in the Building Material Industry is preferred (candidates from the glass industry should not be sourced).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Identify and engage with key fabricators, architects, contractors, and builders.
Deliver presentations to these stakeholders.
Sales Strategy:
Secure high-value accounts through consultative selling and by providing effective customer solutions.
Chart out sales and marketing strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
Account Management:
Develop and sustain long-term quality relationships with major key accounts by addressing their needs and delivering superior customer service.
Expand relationships with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
Strategic Planning & Operations:
Formulate customer-centric business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Implement sales and marketing operations to create positive client experiences.
Business Development:
Explore new market segments and customer groups through segmentation and penetration strategies.
Contribute to event marketing, sales, and brand promotion.
Sales Forecasting:
Create sales forecasts and set daily, monthly, and yearly objectives.
