Job Description

Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company's most valuable clients. The role involves understanding client needs, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

2. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Prepare and present detailed business reviews to clients and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities for key accounts.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with product development teams to customize offerings as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Essential Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

2. Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with any CRM or ticketing software and tools (Exp:Mantis, Jira)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

3. Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

4. Experience:

2 years of experience in account management or related fields
