KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - JAPANESE
Job Overview-
The role holder would be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by managing and expanding key client relationships specially (with the Japanese clients). The role holder is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to meet and meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals and serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen relationships with Japanese Clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration in Japanese Market.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Align account strategies with overall business and market objectives.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue potential.
- Identify and target potential customers through thorough market analysis.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to bring in new business.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for product expansion.
- Continuously seek and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline for future opportunities.
- Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing management or a related field is required.
- MBA (preferred)
- Extensive experience as an interpreter in Japanese Language, with a track record of progressively responsible roles.
- Certifications such as Certified Professional in minimum JLPT N3, preferred (N2).
