Job Summary:

As a key Account Manager , you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving individual sales targets through outbound and inbound strategies. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in outbound sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Understand Diverse Industries and Articulate Business Value:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of clients.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of self-service solutions to business users.

Capture and Update Sales Opportunities:

  • Track and manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the sales pipeline.

Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships:

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Align Solutions with Customer Objectives:

  • Match customer business goals with appropriate self-service solutions.
  • Demonstrate how these solutions deliver tangible value to the customer.

Conduct Opportunity Risk Assessments and Forecasting:

  • Evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic planning.

Develop and Present Professional Materials:

  • Create detailed account and customer opportunity plans.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals.

Coordinate Resources for Pre-sales and Post-sales Activities:

  • Ensure all pre-sales, installation, and service activities are completed on time.
  • Maintain superior quality in all customer interactions and follow-ups.

Maintain a High Degree of Customer Orientation:

  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
  • Own and resolve customer issues, leveraging internal systems for effective problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience OR fresher with Post Graduation Programme/MBA Degree.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
