In this role, you'll be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring their staffing needs are not only met but exceeded.

What You'll Do:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Become the go-to expert for your allocated clients, understanding their needs and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships through regular interactions and a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and proactive solutions.
  • Account Management:
  • Lead the recruitment process for your clients, from understanding their requirements to delivering outstanding candidates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, turning challenges into success stories.
  • Performance and Reporting:
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of your accounts, tracking metrics and providing insightful reports to stakeholders.
  • Set and exceed ambitious targets, celebrating wins along the way.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Partner with our recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve our offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years in recruitment or staffing.
  • Proven success in key account management or client servicing roles.
  • Deep understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment trends.
