Job Purpose:
Lead the Warehousing Operations and deliver SLAs.
Reporting To:
AGM - SCM
Direct Reportee:
5 - white collar (Indirect up to 25 to 40 - Blue collar )
Academic Qualification: MBA / Graduate Competency:
English Proficiency: Shall be fluent in English
Local Language: Well conversant with local languages
Basic IT Skills: Shall be proficient in SAP & and basic IT skills such as WMS, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
Time Management Skills: Proficient in time management skills, MTM ( Method time management).
Personal Integrity: Shall possess good ethical standards & culture.
Experience from which industry:
Purely from warehouse management, and inventory management operations.
Willing to travel extensively: Within Indore only
Age Range: Within Indore only
Any Technical Qualification:
A postgraduate diploma in material and logistics management will be an added advantage.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Customer-centric, Overall control of Warehouse Operations, Control on SLAs and achievement, People management, Teamwork, Training and measurements.
Principal Accountabilities:
Service deliveries, Compliant controlled, Responsible for P&L.
Any Special Require Skills:
Very good Communication skills, Expertise in Warehousing Operations, expertise in managing local issues/grievances, Analytical skills, Hiring of manpower.
