- Designing and implementing sales strategies for potential rural geographies in key states of India.
- Establishing sales goals for the team by forecasting and developing sales strategies and field action plans for your target market.
- Leading all rural promotional activities [ATL & BTL] to generate farmer interest.
- Hiring, Managing, Developing and Training your Sales Team to work effectively and achieve targets on time.
- Managing and deploying CRM (Sales force) & evaluating sales metrics on a regular basis.
- Translating Strategic goals of the company to Regional Sales Strategy.
- Ensuring timely EMI Payments and coordinating with the Operations team for product delivery.
- Developing expansion plans and creating brand awareness for a larger impact.
More about You:
- Education: 7+ Yrs Experience in Designing Sales Plan in Rural based industry.
- MBA from a reputable Institute.
Key Experiences & Skills:
- Experience in managing Sales teams.
- Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resolving Customer complaints and grievances in coordination with quality control and production.
- Seeking customer feedback and improving systems and working patterns.
