Job Description

  • Designing and implementing sales strategies for potential rural geographies in key states of India.
  • Establishing sales goals for the team by forecasting and developing sales strategies and field action plans for your target market.
  • Leading all rural promotional activities [ATL & BTL] to generate farmer interest.
  • Hiring, Managing, Developing and Training your Sales Team to work effectively and achieve targets on time.
  • Managing and deploying CRM (Sales force) & evaluating sales metrics on a regular basis.
  • Translating Strategic goals of the company to Regional Sales Strategy.
  • Ensuring timely EMI Payments and coordinating with the Operations team for product delivery.
  • Developing expansion plans and creating brand awareness for a larger impact.

More about You:

  • Education: 7+ Yrs Experience in Designing Sales Plan in Rural based industry.
  • MBA from a reputable Institute.

Key Experiences & Skills:

  • Experience in managing Sales teams.
  • Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resolving Customer complaints and grievances in coordination with quality control and production.
  • Seeking customer feedback and improving systems and working patterns.
  • Most importantly, we would prefer those who are local to the area only, for better functioning and communication
