JOB PROFILE: - Developing the trust and maintaining the relationships with the major clients to ensure that they do not get diverted to the competitions.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Visiting customers with a view to achieve maximum business from them.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with the assigned customers in order to generate maximum revenue.
Handling customers queries pertaining to carriage details, rates, routes and Cargo acceptance procedures providing excellent services and ensuring high level of satisfaction to the clients.
Proper coordination with the Operations team and the agents to get the handover of the cargo /documents on time for smooth acceptance and upliftment of cargo in order to avoid the last minute hassle.
Ensure that the correct service and information are delivered to customers on regular basis.
Serve as the major point of contact for communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve issues faced by the customers and deal with the complaints efficiently to maintain their trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales leads that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare reports on regular basis and assist teammates in gathering the data used for report making.
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge in discussion with the Manager/Station Head/Product Head
