Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts within the Diagnostics, Telematics, and Automotive sector. Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in the Diagnostics, Telematics, and Automotive industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize the sales approach.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Diagnostics, Telematics, and
Automotive technologies.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
Customer Needs Analysis:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with key clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of key accounts.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and report key performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share, to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the Diagnostics, Telematics, or Automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
