Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across all group companies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new deals and contracts.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and exceed client expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client requirements and deliver on commitments.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders on key account performance and opportunities.
