Job Description - Key Account Manager (Mutual Funds)
Office Location : Pune Station Residence : Pune with own two wheeler Age : late 30s / early 40s
Help generate referral leads for business development i.e. leads of corporate Mutual Fund distributors and IFAs for promotion of company's product offering. Gather market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition.
Experience : Financial services industry background or understanding is a must. Experience preferred in Companies : Prudent, NJ, Motilal Oswal, Any AMC (mutual fund co) , Life Insurance Company, small wealth management companies ( broking houses). Remuneration : Monthly Salary of 30K to 50K + travelling allowance + quarterly incentives based on performance. Travelling will be paid as per company policy. Target based role. Role and Responsibility Channel Partner Engagement : - Increase individual channel partner contribution to company's business through multiple visits weekly and consultative engagement with managers / cluster heads / RMs and other key position holders in the respective channel partner.
- Act as a one-point contact for the mapped channel partners
- Continuous training and re-orientation of partner employees Sales Target Achievement
- Prospecting of clients through continuous engagement with partner employees.
- Maintain monthly & quarterly sales activity plan and ensure flawless execution.
- Resolution of queries and attending customer meetings whenever required by partners. Business Development
