KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER-INDIAN STAFFING Title: Key Account Manager-Indian Staffing Location: Noida, Sector 6 Qualification: 2-3 years Experience On-boarding New Clients Vacancies: 2 Qualtech RPO Key Account Manager will play a significant role in advancing the company's Resource Management division by creating the right connections. Responsibilities of Business Development Account Manager (inside/outside sales): Work together with the customer to compile thorough project specs and educate them about Qualtech RPO service offers and practices. To locate potential consumers, use networking, referrals, social media, web research, sales leads, and direct contact. Arrange and lead client meetings to inform prospective clients about the advantages of Qualtech RPO and urge them to employ our knowledgeable staffing services. Write and present professional service proposals. Develop new client relationships with targeted accounts actively. Promote client development and build relationships with potential clients through office visits, presentations, and discussions. Utilize industry/market research, internal communication, outside promotions, and continual in-depth client analysis to uncover income potential. Make it possible for key connections at the senior executive and management levels to learn about our value proposition. In charge of improving the database's representation of hiring contacts with the necessary qualifications. Using Qualtech RPO, establish your organizationas the primary point of contact for clients to maximizeexisting relationships. Work with internal teams to ensure that Qualtech RPO's complete line of business is effectively represented to our clients. Update and safeguard customer data in accordance with Qualtech RPO requirements. Maintain vendor contracts, andpresent accurate and comprehensive invoice data. Meet or exceed the weekly goal expectations. Business Development: - Find possible employment possibilities with businesses through research,networking, cold calling, and recommendations. Establish ties with potential clients by investigating positions and companies and communicating with important influencers. Provide details on personnel and recruiting services, and use company development techniques to seize fresh chances and promote expansion. Organize and rank tasks according to their importance. Travel Requirements: - Travel as needed, up to 50% of the time, primarily local Must possess dependable transportation that allows for prompt travel to client locations within a designated territory. Qualifications The following requirements must be met: 2+ years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or aprofessional sales environment, particularly in technology Proven B2B cold calling, account management, and account securing skills A strong work ethic and sense of commitment A track record of exceeding individual goals while working in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy; Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment; Closing skills and the capacity to forge long-lasting relationships based on honesty and integrity; Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills; Bachelor's degree preferred.
