Experience in Project Sales.
Formulating, Planning, and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs.
Driving the right product mix and assortment leads to overall margin gains.
Driving a performance-driven culture in the team.
Strengthening Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management.
Ensuring 100% implementation of sales process initiatives and incentive earnings of the tea
Navigate through ambiguous situations and lead teams in challenging environments
Experience in Sales leadership roles in high-quality work environments
Stakeholder management, ability to coordinate across multiple teams
Ability to build a connection with contractors, and influencers to get deep insights
Passionate about sales and ability to drive things in line with the business agenda of exponential growth
Self-driven, with high levels of energy and empathy, to lead a strong team
