The Key Account Manager (Overseas B2B) plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important international customers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key overseas B2B clients
- Understand clients business needs and objectives to deliver value-added solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations

- Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and track customer account metrics

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in overseas B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
